I recently wrote about my discovery of a vegan antiperspirant. Since then I have had a chance to try it out so I thought I’d give it a little review. So, here it goes.
Houmous is so expensive to buy in supermarkets, but is relatively cheap to make at home, plus you can tailor it to your own specific taste. Houmous is a great source of fibre, protein, iron and calcium, it’s super stuff for Vegans.
After a routine blood test, my Doctor tells me I’m folic acid deficient and she believes the cause to be dietary, because I’m Vegan?! Which is insane.
The chances are you are aware of plans to build a mega dairy in Nocton, if not simply google the phrase ‘Nocton Mega Dairy’ and you’ll find a wealth of information on the subject. Frankly this is a disgrace and we can’t sit back and allow this to happen in the UK. I’ve been in touch with Compassion in World Farming and they’ve informed me that there is a couple of steps we can take to oppose this.
