I cannot believe it has taken me so long to visit Amico Bio – The first Vegetarian, organic, Italian restaurant in London. I certainly will not wait long before revisiting this great restaurant!

I’m a very happy Vegan, today I visited a fantastic Vegan bakery selling all the Vegan necessities .. cookies, cakes and coffee 🙂 Its called Cookies and Scream and its located at Camden Lock Place, inside Dingwalls Gallery.

My love affair with Sweetbird syrups started a long time ago. It began with Amaretto flavoured syrup, in coffee, cakes, on Ice cream, I used this syrup in everything! The Sweetbird syrup range is growing and I’m writing to let you know about their NEW Iced Tea Flavoured Syrups.

I was lucky to receive this lovely Lush gift box a couple of weeks ago. I hadn’t tried most of the products within it before, (because I’m a creature of habit,) I stick to what I know and love. The gifts title couldn’t be more fitting – Don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it, I have now discovered some true Lush gems that I wouldn’t have even considered before and now I’m keen to try anything from Lush!

My husband discovered that Oxford has a Vegetarian pub about a year ago and this week we decided to take a day trip to Oxford to go and visit it.
