tibits is a 100% Vegetarian restaurant and bar. You can eat in or take away. It’s located on Heddon Street, just off of Regents Street in London, where the cover photo from David Bowies infamous Ziggy Stardust album was taken. Around 80% of the dishes are Vegan and all items are clearly labelled V for Vegan and GF for gluten free. There is something for everyone at tibits, making it the perfect place to take a group of friends for a great night out.

I cannot believe it has taken me so long to visit Amico Bio – The first Vegetarian, organic, Italian restaurant in London. I certainly will not wait long before revisiting this great restaurant!

I’m a very happy Vegan, today I visited a fantastic Vegan bakery selling all the Vegan necessities .. cookies, cakes and coffee :) Its called Cookies and Scream and its located at Camden Lock Place, inside Dingwalls Gallery.

My love affair with Sweetbird syrups started a long time ago. It began with Amaretto flavoured syrup, in coffee, cakes, on Ice cream, I used this syrup in everything! The Sweetbird syrup range is growing and I’m writing to let you know about their NEW Iced Tea Flavoured Syrups.

My husband discovered that Oxford has a Vegetarian pub about a year ago and this week we decided to take a day trip to Oxford to go and visit it. I’m so excited to let you all know that Moo Free have launched a new range of scrummy rice milk chocolate bars, mini moos. Bite size packs, with three individually wrapped bars, great for carrying around, for when the Vegan chocolate cravings get you! They come in three varieties, Hammy’s Original, (the moo free we know and love,) Scrummy Hunny-comb, (readers of my blog will know that I just cannot resist Honeycomb,) and Juicy Sultana, (for the fruit fans out there.) They are available online and also on the UK high street.

Being Vegan is so easy these days with such fantastic books. I absolutely love Kris Holecheks’ 100 best vegan baking recipes. When I was Vegan as a teenager I had only two Vegan cookbooks, they were useful books but not inspiring like 100 best vegan baking recipes.

Thanks to veganstore.co.uk stocking go max go foods, ‘Twilight bars’ (vegan alternative to a Mars bar) and lush.co.uk for a lovely bubble bar called ‘Ma bar’ it is possible to have the ultimate vegan mars bar experience.
